1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

- After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
2. Hygiene Exclusions
For health and hygiene reasons, supplements that have been opened, unsealed or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. How to Return
- Items must be in original, unopened packaging.
- Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
- We recommend a tracked postal service.

4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
- Refunds go to the original payment method.
- We refund the original delivery charge up to the cost of standard delivery.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return eligible items for a refund and place a new order.
